Trip to Africa - Other Animals in Kruger National Park

This post has some of the other animals at Kruger National Park that we saw on our safari day.

The African Water Buffalo is also one of the big five.  The Big Five Dangerous Animals are the: Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Water Buffalo, and Rhinoceros.

We saw herds of Zebra.

Turtle on a hippo.  At first we thought it was a turtle on a rock but our guide said it was a hippo.  Then we saw it move.  So we saw a turtle on a hippo.

So in Kruger we also saw: honey badgers, wart hogs, tawny eagles, guinea fowls, butheun eagles, ground horn bills, and lilac crested rollers.  For a total of 20 African animals in Kruger National Park.
