Coronovirus Pandemic

We are riding out the coronovirus pandemic while down in Arizona.  One of the things I've been doing is getting caught up with some blogging posts.  I hadn't been doing any for about a year but you can see some new posts as older posts to this one.

It's crazy what has been going on and how hard this little viruses is affecting so many people and the economy and nations of the world.  There have been a lot of deaths and several states are on lockdown.  In Arizona only a few deaths so far.  School are out and restaurants closed except for takeout.  There are some shortages in the grocery stores here but not as bad as other parts of the country.

So far no one in the family has gotten sick and we are very grateful for that.  All the grandchildren are out of school.  We are in Apache Junction at Roadhaven where we can help out with our parents if needed.  Dad is at Discovery Pointe and they are not allowed to leave their rooms.  They get food delivered to their rooms.  No visitors except for medical.  Jacquelyn's mom is staying with Bruce and Patti's in Buckeye.

Our children and grandchildren are scattered all over the country.  Tianna is in Spokane and Washington is on lockdown.  Jarom and Paige are in Michigan which is on lockdown.  Amery and Josiah are in Utah.  Talitha and David are in Washington and Boeing is closed down for two weeks.  Joshua is in Pocatello, Idaho and all the universities are holding closes by internet only.  Nathanael and Mary-Anne are in Herriman, Utah and the courts are closed.  Malachi and Layne are in Puyallup, Washington.  Isaac and Kim are in Minneapolis, Minnesota and his graduation ceremony is cancelled.  Doranda and Bob are in Japan.  Caleb is by himself in our house in Puyallup, Washington.

Hopefully things will not get worse and it will end soon but it looks like it will get worse before it's over.

We need to do what the prophet tells us.  General Conference is coming up soon and there is a big fast planned for next weekend.  Whatever happens, everything is in God's hands, and we know it will all turn out for the best.  We need to have faith and help each other and trust in the Lord.
