Alaska - Kristen's Wedding

Jacquelyn and I had the privilege of going to Kristen's wedding in Alaska last month.

 They were married at the shore of this beautiful lake surrounded by scenic mountains, called Beach Lake.  Here they are at the start of the wedding ceremony.  She married Cory Williams.  You can see my brother Mark in the corner of the picture.  Tianna and Doranda were there too.  Also Joshua and his family.  It was really pretty.

Here you see Cory with his mom, and Kristen with her parents Mark and Angela.  This was a special day.

The reception was at the lodge by the lake.  Julia is signing the guest book, which was a globe.  We had hot dogs made out of buffalo and reindeer and afterwards roasted  marshmallows.  It was a lot of fun.  A real Alaska wedding.

The next day there was an Open House at Kristen's home in Eagle River.    They were visited by a moose with her two new babies that morning.  We found them around the corner.  It's kind of hard to see but there are two little moose babies by the mom.
