Indoor Sky Diving
We went indoor sky diving at this place called iFly in Tukwila.
I bought Jacquelyn the indoor sky diving tickets for her Christmas present and so then she bought me some for my birthday. We each got to go in three times, a two minute session, then a one minute session, and then a one minute session. It was basically a wind tunnel that was pointing up and you were in a circular chamber.
Here you can see Jacquelyn flying, with our instructor in the background. The wind is literally blowing you up off the ground. It was actually hard to stay stable and the slightest movement would send you careening to the left or right or up or down.
The instructor could do all kinds of stunts but for your first time all you get to try is on your stomach. It was a lot of fun.
After a while you learn to use your hands to make yourself go up or down or turn and even spin. It was crazy.
